Samuel W. Bearman
Law Office of Samuel W. Bearman, L.C.
Samuel W. Bearman has been practicing law for more than 20 years and has helped a number clients achieve settlements in excess of $1-million dollars each.
He graduated Magna Cum Laude from Duke University in 1973 and from Emory Law School in 1976. During his years of experience, Mr. Bearman has helped the family of a boy who wrongly drowned in a swimming pool, a teen who suffered brain damage in an auto accident, a woman whose doctor failed to inform her that her unborn child suffered from a life-threatening genetic illness, a family whose insurance company refused to pay for damages to their home, and countless nursing home patients who suffered or died from maltreatment and neglect.
He obtained money, and a measure of justice, for them all.
We relate these stories for a reason: Mr. Bearman sees his clients as people who have been wronged, not as numbers. Unlike many large law firms, his clients never get lost in the shuffle and deal with him personally, not with some less-experienced associate.
Mr. Bearman is a member of the Florida Bar and can practice in any State Court in Florida. He is admitted to practice in the Federal Court for the Northern District of Florida and the Middle District of Florida. He is also admitted to the United States Supreme Court and Eleventh Circuit Court of Appeals.
He is a member of the Academy of Florida Trial Lawyers and the Academy of Trial Lawyers of America. He is also involved with numerous community groups. He has been the past President of the Five Flags Sertoma Club, Pensacola Runners Association, Pensacola Junior College Booster Club and was on the Board of his Synagogue.
